What we collect
Your phone number, name and notes, and the tires and order details you choose; text verification codes (stored only in hashed form); the IP address used to request a code (to stop abuse); and a random device ID kept in your browser to count visits (no identity, no ad tracking).
Why
To create your estimate, text you codes and the estimate, take payment, call you to book the install, and keep the site from being abused.
Who we share it with
Shopmonkey, our shop-management system (customers, estimates, texts, payments — card payments are processed by Shopmonkey's payment provider, Stripe, and we never see your card number), and Cloudflare, which hosts the site and order records. We don't sell or rent personal information or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you (except records we must keep for tax purposes): email info@yd-motorsports.com or call (905) 761-8599.
