What the price includes

Tire prices are per tire. The "installed" total includes mounting on a HUNTER machine, balancing, and torque-wrench installation to factory spec. The Ontario tire eco fee (per tire) and 13% HST are added and shown on the confirm page. If a big-brand tire has to be transferred from another warehouse, the supplier's shipping charge is passed on at cost, shown as its own line and taxed. Credit-card payments carry a 2.4% fee added on the payment page.

Ordering and payment

You verify your phone with a text code before booking. We text you the estimate; once it's paid in full online, we order the tires and call you to book the install. Prices are live and re-checked when you submit; if anything changed you'll see it and confirm before the order is placed.

Cancellations and refunds

Before payment: nothing to pay. After payment but before we order the tires: full refund. After big-brand tires are ordered (especially warehouse transfers): you can cancel, minus the supplier's return/shipping charges, which we'll tell you first. Chinese-made tires (the "Value picks" group) are final sale once ordered: no returns or exchanges unless there's a quality defect, which is handled under the maker's warranty. Clearance tires marked "final sale" can't be returned. If the supplier runs out after you've paid, we'll offer another tire or a full refund.

Manufacturer rebates

Rebates shown on the site are offered and paid by the tire maker, not by us, and are not taken off our price. They usually require 4 eligible tires bought and installed during the offer period; you claim them from the maker with our final invoice. Amounts, eligibility and deadlines follow the maker's terms.

Tire quality

Tire defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty; we can help you contact them.
